The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at KMCTITM is constituted in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The committee is committed to providing a safe, secure and inclusive environment for all students, faculty and staff.
The ICC works to prevent sexual harassment through awareness programmes, sensitization initiatives, and prompt redressal of complaints. It ensures that every complaint is handled with fairness, confidentiality and impartiality while promoting respect, dignity, and gender equality on the campus.
The institution encourages every member of the campus community to contribute towards maintaining a workplace and learning environment free from discrimination, harassment and intimidation.
