As Principal of KMCT Institute of Technology and Management, Kuttippuram, she brings a strategic vision for academic excellence, quality-driven governance, and transformative education.
Her leadership experience spans Professor, Head of Department, Dean of Undergraduate Studies, and Chairperson of the Board of Studies at an autonomous institution. She has also served as a member of the Institution of Engineers (India) and IQAC, Head of Training at the Centre of Teaching Excellence, and Chairperson of international conferences. She also serves as a resource person for faculty development and training programmes, contributing to pedagogical excellence, professional growth, and academic capacity building.
With substantial expertise in NBA and NAAC accreditation, ISO auditing, institutional quality assurance, academic audits, and outcome-based education, she is committed to strengthening accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, curriculum development, and faculty excellence.
