Our curriculum requires these highly motivated and bright management trainees to undergo mandatory courses in the first two semesters. In the mid-phase of the second semester, they undergo an internship to learn about corporate life. After completing their internships, these management trainees can choose from various electives in their second year. Many management trainees choose electives to pursue industry-specific and/or disciplinary interests. Our methods aim to train young, ambitious minds into mature business professionals.
