Mr.Atheen K holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management from the School of Management Studies - University of Calicut. He also earned a Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Banking and Finance Management from Annamalai University. In addition, he qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) in Management conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2012 and completed the International English Language Testing System General Training conducted by IDP in 2019.
He began his academic career as Academic Coordinator at IIKM Business School Calicut, where he coordinated academic programs, faculty assignments, and student development activities. He later joined the School of Management Studies - University of Calicut, as an Assistant Professor, teaching management and business studies, supervising student projects, and actively participating in seminars and academic initiatives. Subsequently, he served as Administrator of Muslim Educational Trust (MET) Arts & Science College, Nadapuram, where he provided leadership in academic administration, institutional governance, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and campus development initiatives.
With more than a decade of experience spanning higher education, academic administration he has guided student projects and actively contributed to seminars and training programmes aimed at enhancing educational standards.Apart from academics, he has actively participated in professional development programmes and leadership initiatives, including the Shaping Young Minds Programme (SYMP) conducted by the All India Management Association and Calicut Management Association. He has also demonstrated excellence in extracurricular pursuits, holding a Master's Training certification from Indian Martial Arts Academy.
