She has 1 year of extensive teaching experience and has actively enhanced her knowledge through various Faculty Development Programs, seminars, and conferences at both national and international levels. Her areas of specialization include Quantitative Techniques for Managers, Business Statistics, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Women Entrepreneurship Development Planning, and Organizational Behaviour. She has presented papers at notable platforms such as the International Conference on ICBG Realm Management in Bhagavat Geeta, the National Conference on HR Conclave, and the International Conference on Women Entrepreneurship and Business Management. She has also participated in the Grand Finale of the Best Manager Contest organized by the Global Institute of Integral Management Studies and the Shaping of Young Minds Program conducted by the All India Management Association. Prior to her academic career, she gained professional experience as a Business Development Associate at Grantley Ed-Tech, Bangalore.
