Throughout his career at KSEB, Hemakumar has held various leadership and managerial roles, contributing significantly to the organisation's strategic development and operational efficiency. His deep understanding of the energy sector and strong analytical and decision-making skills have positioned him as a critical player in driving initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. He led numerous successful projects aimed at improving electricity distribution and service quality.
